Richards is currently without a team after his contract with the Chicago Bulls expired.
Undoubtedly, he would be a valuable addition to Miami’s rotation, with two roster spots still open to complete the squad.
Across his time with the Phoenix Suns and Chicago Bulls, he posted averages of 9.4 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
