The Golden State Warriors are reportedly looking to trade for Kristaps Porzingis, according to ESPN.
It is worth noting that Porzingis’s physical condition remains uncertain, as he has yet to fully recover from a rare syndrome that he has carried since he wore the Boston Celtics jersey.
This syndrome is known by the initials POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), which is a nervous-system disorder that triggers a significant increase in heart rate simply by standing up or changing posture.
On June 30 of last year, the Warriors and their player agreed to a two-year, $40 million extension, with the final season not guaranteed.
What they would be aiming for is to shed their $20 million salary obligation in order to pursue one or two additional reinforcements for this season.
Last season he was limited to only 32 official games, posting averages of 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
