As with every summer. As with every August. Shams Charania has leaked the games that will open the new regular season 2026-27, as well as the Christmas matchups for 2026.
And both October 20 and December 25 the intrigue is guaranteed.
The revived Sixers led by LeBron James will face the reigning NBA champions, that is, the New York Knicks, on October 20.
On the other side, we will witness another marquee matchup between the current Western Conference finalists: OKC Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs.
Additionally, on Christmas the Sixers visit the Staples Center in Los Angeles; the Thunder will play Edwards and LaMelo Ball, and Jokic’s Nuggets will visit Stephen Curry’s arena.
