Ben Simmons will have to earn his spot with the Sacramento Kings.
That’s what sources from the outlet HoopsHype.com have confirmed, as his commitment to the California franchise isn’t guaranteed.
The Australian agreed to a one-year deal worth 3.6 million dollars, receiving 1 million if he ultimately makes the cut and becomes part of the 2026-27 roster.

It should be noted that Simmons has been out of the NBA for nearly two years since leaving the Los Angeles Clippers.
Under Tyronn Lue’s guidance, he appeared in 18 official games, posting averages of 2.9 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 16.4 minutes per night.
